Celebrate Valentine's Day. A Cooking Lesson for Two to Make Cassoulet.
Schedule

Location
e.terra Kitchen | New York, NY

About this Event
Although cassoulet proves to be a labor-intensive dish, it provides the ultimate in meals for entertaining -- almost all of the preparation is done in the time leading up to the big night so you can really spend some time with your guests, while casually stoking the fire or fetching cocktails. For me, it’s a tradition well worth the effort.
Starting a couple of weeks out, make certain you have your ducks in a row, so to speak, and know your sources for the meats in the dish.
