Come experience a Sound Healing Ceremony to honor the Summer Solstice! The Summer Solstice is a potent time to cultivate intentions for your summer and pause for self-care and replenishment.
As we align with the earth’s rhythm this Summer Solstice, you are invited to this special event welcoming in the light of summer.
Melt away your stress and challenges you've been facing last season by immersing yourself in a world of sound brought by crystal quartz singing bowls, tuning forks and an elk drum.
Experience a heightened state of relaxation as the vibrations of sound surround you. Release deeply held emotional and physical stress. As layers of tightness melt, the body's natural ability to self-heal will be stimulated and return to its harmonious state of wholeness.
Limited spots are available.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, pillows, blankets, knee supports or whatever else you need to be comfortable on the brick floor of the Wellness Haven. An eye cover and notebook for journaling may also be a good idea.
Weather permitting, we may be in the enchanted meadow!
