When there is a Full moon on the horizon, it is a fun idea to incorporate Moon Salutations and a Sound Bath as rituals for a new beginnings.
What makes Moon Salutations so special is the quiet and calming movements around your mat in a circular motion which allows you to draw your attention inward. The moon creates a gravitational pull that affects not just the waters of our planet but also the water of our body, impacting our body with emotional undulations. When you pair the movement of Moon Salutations to with the draw of the moon it opens us up to greater opportunities for new exploration and possibilities.
Ending class with a Sound Bath will only continue to promote a deeper sense of connection that can be used to retune our bodies to higher vibrational frequencies and the natural rhythms of the universe.
