About this Event
The American Club invites you to the Hofbräuhaus Wirtshaus Hamburg for a hearty celebration of the 12pm keg tapping O‘zapft is! Oans, zwoa, g’suffa!
It may not be the biggest of Hamburg traditions, but is as "German as can be" - at least from a US perspective. That´ s why we secured 25 spots at general seating tables for the official start of the 2024 Oktoberfest, the "Anstich" - at the exact same time when also the "big brother" in Munich will begin!
Entry is free (!) and you pay for all food and drinks á la carte. You must register here in order to secure your spot and sit with our group!
Agenda:
10:30am-12pm - Doors are open and our group can gather at our tables
12pm - Ceremonial tapping of the keg! Heartily eating and drinking starts ???
5pm - Event ends
In addition to the traditional Hofbräu Oktoberfest beer, there are delicious Bavarian specialties such as pretzels, pork knuckles, and white sausages offered on their menu.
The original Hofbräuhaus show band creates a great atmosphere with its hearty music and makes you feel like you are right at the Munich Oktoberfest. And the best thing: you don't have to travel to Munich, you can experience the Oktoberfest right in Hamburg .
Whether with friends or family - the Oktoberfest in the Hofbräu will be an unforgettable experience for you.
If you want to really celebrate to the fullest, feel free to dress up in your favorite Dirndl or Lederhosen!
