FAQs:

1] Is the 3 person per team limit a hard rule? What if I have more than 3 persons who want to make the puzzle?

As prizes are given out at the end of the event, it is important that there is fairness in how the event is conducted. If there are more than 3 persons, they can take turns making the puzzle, so long as there are only 3 persons making it at any one time. Notwithstanding the above, to promote a new and fun experience for larger families, children under 7 years of age are not counted in the 3 person limit.

2] Are the prizes expensive?

The prizes do not have large monetary value. We encourage participants to take the event as an opportunity to celebrate National Day with family/friends doing a different activity as part of a new shared experience.

3] Do I have to wait until the end of the event to know the results, or to receive my prize if I am one of the winners?

No you need not. The leaderboard will be updated throughout the event, and made known to participants. Prizes will be given out at the end of the event, to whoever is available to receive the prize in person. If you are unable to be present to receive your prize in person, the organiser will arrange with you to have the prize delivered to you.

4] If I am invited to take part in the jigsaw puzzle event against teams from Australia as part of my prize, can I decline?

Yes you can. The invitation will then be extended to another team.

5] Is there a registration fee for the jigsaw puzzle event against teams from Australia?

Yes, there will be a separate registration fee.

6] I can’t make up my mind now whether to take part in the event. Can I sign up for the event at the venue on 9 Aug itself?

Yes you can, as on-the-spot walk in registration may be accepted. However, this will be subject to space and puzzles availability. We encourage interested participants to pre-register early for the event to avoid disappointment.
