While many of us celebrate Coffee Day every day, September 29 is set aside as a national day to recognize this dark, slightly acidic elixir of life. Coffee is made by roasting the beans of the Coffea plant, which is cultivated in more than 70 countries, mostly in equatorial areas, across the globe.
