Join us for an open house all day and FREE classes to celebrate International Yoga Day and World Yoga Day on June 21, 2024!!We LOVE yoga, and have been sharing yoga and Pilates on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for almost 20 years!

You must sign up in advance on our APP or website to attend free classes. Space is limited
Choose from 3 free classes:
8:30- 10:15 am- Piyo, a flowing, active combination of yoga and Pilates
10-11:30 am - Yin Yoga, a meditative gentle class with long holds & breathing
6-7:30 pm -Yin Yoga, a meditative gentle class with long holds & breathing.
