Join the Emperor Norton Legacy League as we celebrate 165th year of the Nortonian reign. It's also the first anniversary of the dedication of Emperor Norton Place. We'll begin with a short ceremony at the street sign, located at the corner of Commercial and Montgomery Streets. Then, we will make our way to the Comstock Saloon, 155 Columbus Ave. for food, drinks (no host), and fun as we toast our beloved Emperor.
