The City of Wayzata Energy & Environment Committee will hold an Earth Day event on Saturday, April 27 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. on the Panoway Plaza!
The event will feature two educational speakers that will focus on native plants, pollinators, and pollinator-friendly lawns.
A drawing for a free rain barrel and composting bin will be held near the end of the event. Additional educational materials will be available along with examples of electric lawn care equipment.
The City of Wayzata invites all residents and nature lovers to join us in celebrating Earth Day! Let's come together to appreciate, learn, and contribute to the growth and sustainability of our urban forest and lawns!
