Join us on the first Friday night of December as holiday revelers gather at the historic 1859 Rutherford County Courthouse for the annual lighting of the Rutherford County Christmas tree. Hosted by Main Street Murfreesboro, this festive event offers a night filled with entertainment, caroling, and the much-anticipated arrival of a special bearded guest. Bring your family downtown to enjoy dinner, shop in unique stores, experience a live nativity, and take in a full program of choir performances, dancing, acting, and, of course, Santa. With free activities for children, carriage rides, and photos with Santa (TIME TBD), this cherished Christmas tradition is a must for Murfreesboro.
