Come celebrate the Autumn Equinox with us, when day and night bring balance between light and dark. We will encourage our own inner equilibrium in body/mind/spirit amidst life's dualities to embrace change and align with nature's cycles.The Dances of Universal Peace are spiritual practice in motion.
Drawing on the sacred phrases, teachings & poetry of many worldwide spiritual traditions, the Dances blend music, singing & movement into a living experience of Unity, Peace, Harmony & Healing. These simple circle dances are all taught as we do them.
