We are SO excited to celebrate 5 years with FIT4MOM Burleson-Crowley! It has been an honor to provide group fitness classes to connect moms to do motherhood together. We look forward to hearing favorite FIT4MOM stories and gathering for classes with some of our favorite local experts and resources.
Haven't tried FIT4MOM yet? The whole week is FREE for new mamas or moms who have not tried a class in the last 6 months. We would LOVE to see past mamas come out for a class or two!
