About your hosts:
is the director of Voice ESEA, an educational non-profit started in active response to the rise in anti- East and South East Asian (ESEA) hate crimes during the pandemic.
is the head chef and founder of London restaurant Mambow, where she serves a menu of modern Malaysian dishes.
studied at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit in Bangkok and is the co-founder of Michelin-starred AngloThai, a restaurant serving food inspired by his dual Thai-British heritage.
is the chef and creative force behind Sarap and Apoy, taking his ventures from an intimate supper club in 2017 to critically acclaimed London restaurants by 2020. His bold, joyful cooking redefined Filipino flavours, helping put modern Filipino cuisine firmly on the city’s culinary map.

- Seating for the panel talks is unallocated. You may choose any available seat on arrival.
- You must bring proof of your ticket with you (digital or print).
- The Battersea Power Station site is big. Please allow 10-15 minutes to walk to the venue from Battersea Power Station tube and longer from Battersea Park or Queenstown Road stations.
