Ceiling Smashers is a program focused on connecting cross-generational women and non-binary leaders to foster mentorship, develop leadership skills, and increase the number of women and non-binary founders, entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, and leaders.

Join us for Ceiling Smashers Salons - a monthly meeting of women, non-binary, and ally entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, founders, C-suite members, and those looking to be in those roles. 

Ceiling Smashers Salons will feature a monthly topic - leadership, funding, sales, running your startup, operations, marking your way into the C-suite, and more - with conversations organically evolving based on attendee experience, knowledge, and questions.
