Come along and dance a ceilidh! A ceilidh is a traditional folk dance of the British Isles. Whether this is your first time, or whether you're a seasoned dancer, Family Ceilidh Oxford will explain the steps and get everyone of all ages involved! Held outside in the Castleyard, the ceilidh will take place in front of the historic backdrop of Oxford Castle & Prison, with a live band and a caller who will guide you through all the dances.
Wear some clothes suitable for an outdoors event, and some shoes comfortable to dance in, and come along for a dance!
