Join us for our fun ceilidh, where the band is the amazing Hobson’s choice.It will be an evening of music, laughter and enjoyable dance led by a great caller. All set in the Swanage School (refreshments will be available).
Book your tickets (£15 each) at https://swanagefolkfestival.com/tickets Dancers with wrist bands from the Folk Festival will be able to get their tickets for £5.
Hobsons Choice guarantee fun, laughter and foot stomping tunes. Absolutely no experience necessary, just bring comfy shoes and enthusiasm.
The superb caller and band member, Sarah provides easy to follow instructions ….“You don’t need to know how to dance…at All!”
Hobsons Choice Barn Dance Band would love to be described as legendry in the South West, even if its just because they have been successfully entertaining local folk and their families for over 40 years. Ok so the current lineup have not been in the band quite that long.
Anyway they are confident you will all have a great time and good laugh dancing to some foot stomping tune sets performed by: Alex on Fiddle, Sam on Bouzouki, Nick on Accordion and Flute, Dave on Drums and Sarah on Bass and calling. “We look forward to a cracking evening together.”
