Registration instructions

To confirm your RSVP, complete all required questions in the Eventbrite registration form. The form takes about four minutes to finish.

Registrations with incomplete required questions will not be accepted in the system. If the form is not fully completed, your RSVP will not be recorded.

Support the next CEEA Speaker Series featuring generational diversity expert Kristin Scroggin by volunteering at this leadership‑focused program. Volunteers help create a smooth, welcoming experience for attendees by greeting guests, supporting check‑in and providing wayfinding throughout the space.

Volunteer arrival: 7:45 a.m.
Attendee arrival: 8:15 a.m.

Volunteer roles include
• Greeters to welcome guests and guide them to check‑in and seating
• Check‑in support using iPads to scan tickets and complete on‑site registration
• Wayfinding support to help attendees move through the venue
• Room support for seating flow and event setup
• Floaters who assist wherever needed

Volunteers will receive a short on‑site briefing that includes iPad instructions, assignments and wayfinding details. Your support helps create an event that reflects DEN’s commitment to equity and excellence.
