CEDAR x Twain & Abel Breathwork and Soundbath

The Cedar Breathwork and Soundbath is an immersive, intentional experience that helps you connect deeply with yourself. This event begins with a brief meditation leading you into a guided breathwork session set to a curated playlist, meant to help you move your energy. After breathwork there is a period of integration where some people experience deep rest while experiencing any insights or inspired ideas. This is where the magic happens. Allow yourself to let go of stress, release tension, and access deep states of relaxation and inner contentment.

Cassie creates a magical experience intended to get you out of your head, release stuck emotions and then drop into your heart and body, feeling deeply connected to yourself. The carefully curated music helps us to sink into ourselves and bring joy into our body. Individuals have noted a deep personal shift after just one experience.
