Being Here: An Authentic Relating Practice

Workshop Description:

This experiential workshop is an invitation to slow down, notice what is here, and explore how we relate to ourselves, one another, and the world around us.

Through guided reflection, simple relational practices, conversation, and curiosity, we will explore what helps us feel more present, open, and connected to our own experience and to the people around us. We will also bring attention to our relationship with the natural world and the places we live.

No previous experience is needed. The practices are simple, participatory, and designed so that each person can engage in a way that feels right for them. You can keep things light, go deeper, or simply notice what happens.

The intention is to create a welcoming space for meaningful connection and self awareness.

Damian's Bio:

Damian Gallagher is a personal development coach, relational facilitator, and host of the Relational Literacy Lab; a weekly gathering dedicated to practicing becoming more skillful at being human together.

His work draws from years of experience in relational practice, group facilitation, Circling, Authentic Relating, Hakomi, and other experiential approaches to personal growth. Damian creates spaces that invite curiosity, self awareness, meaningful connection, and deeper exploration without requiring people to be anywhere other than where they are.
