Join us in front of the Dover District office of Senator Jeanne Shaheen (across the street at Henry Law Park). The death toll in Gaza continues to rise and we see the human rights, health, and environmental devastation as a result of continued violence. We vigil for all who are suffering displacement, terror, and grief in Palestine and Israel. We will also deliver a letter to the Senator asking her to act to stop the violence, to join the call for a permanent ceasefire and an end to unconditional US military aid to Israel.
This event is not a rally. It is a solemn vigil and an expression of our steadfast commitment to human rights and peace for all people and the planet.
This vigil is hosted by The NH Coalition for a Just Peace in the Middle East which brings together: NH Peace Action, AFSC-NH, the Community Church of Durham, Palestine Education Network, Veterans for Peace-NH, Peace with Justice Advocates NHCUCC, 350NH and others.
All are welcome. This is an outdoor event. Please dress for the weather.
