REFUND DEADLINE : 

Under normal circumstances the refund deadline is April 30, 2022. However, we recognize that the pandemic may impact our holding the Convention in person or that other restrictions that might compromise attendance. If so, we will roll over registrations to the next Convention or we may extend the deadline to request refunds. Refund requests will be assessed a $25 administration fee.

En circunstancias normales, la fecha límite para el reembolso es el 30 de abril de 2022. Sin embargo, reconocemos que la pandemia puede afectar nuestra celebración de la Convención en persona o que otras restricciones que podrían comprometer la asistencia. Si es así, transferiremos las inscripciones a la próxima Convención o podemos extender el plazo para solicitar reembolsos. A las solicitudes de reembolso se les aplicará una tarifa administrativa de $ 25.

SPECIAL EVENT NOTICE

CEA-HOW Members must purchase a Convention Registration to purchase Special Events Tickets. Even if you do not partake of the food, you must have a ticket to attend the Special Event. We pay per seat, not per meal that is eaten.

Friends and family members of CEA-HOW must purchase Special Events tickets in order to attend any of the special events. These events include 1) Friday dinner and program,2) Saturday lunch and program, and 3) Saturday dinner and program.

If they are attending workshops and general sessions, they must purchase a Convention Registration.

AAVISO DE EVENTOS ESPECIALES

Los miembros de CEA-HOW deben adquirir una inscripción a la Convención para comprar entradas a los eventos especiales. Aunque no participen en la comida, deben tener una entrada para asistir al Evento Especial. Se paga por asiento, no por comida que se consuma.

Los amigos y familiares de CEA-HOW deben comprar entradas para los eventos especiales para poder asistir a ellos. Si asisten a los talleres y a las sesiones generales, deberán adquirir una inscripción a la Convención.

CEA-HOW, Inc. is recognized as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are deductible to the extent allowed by law. In accordance with IRS regulations, for income tax purposes a donor may deduct only the amount by which a contribution exceeds the fair market value of goods and services received in exchange. Our Convention Special Events provide goods/services, i.e. meals. The fair market value of meals provided to you: If you purchased the Package, $149; if you purchased event tickets separately: Friday Special Event, $52; Saturday Lunch Special Event, $45; Saturday Evening Special Event, $52. While there is significant cost in putting on our Convention, no fair market value is established for registration for 12-Step program proceedings.
