Hello Everyone,IREM Nebraska is excited to sponsor 2 courses that will help you gain your ARM and solidify your standing as a professional in the Property Management field.
Ethics for the Real Estate Manager (ETH800) will teach IREM Code of Professional Ethics, Ethical Decision Making and Conflict of Interest. This course will also present a detailed case study for review of actual ethics cases and their implications. The (ETH800) Ethics for the Real Estate Manager Course (0256RPM) has been approved for 6 hours of Continuing Education. For anyone completing their ARM and/or CPM designation, Ethics is required.
Managing Residential Properties (RES201) will teach Human Resource and Relationship Management, Legal Issues and Risk Management Strategies, On-Site Maintenance Management, and Property Financial Management.
BOTH Courses are beneficial for excelling in your career in either Commercial or Residential Property Management.
These classes will be taught by IREM Nebraska’s own Kristy Lamb.

Check in for Ethics 800 will be Monday, April 22nd, 2024, at 8:00 A.M. This is an all-day course, ending at 3:00 pm.
Check in for RES201 & ARMEX Managing Residential Properties) is on Tuesday, April 23rd, 2024, at 8:00 A.M. This course will last the remainder of the week, ending on Friday April 26th. All Certification Exams will be completed via our online proctoring service, ProctorU. Students will receive info on how to schedule once they register.
The Ethics 800 and RES201 course location will be NP Dodge 8701 W Dodge Rd., 4th Floor Education Room, Omaha, NE 68114. Registration deadline Thursday, April 4th, 2024. Please let us know if you have any questions.
