About this Event

Jazz at Drew is held in an open-air, nonsmoking venue. NO UMBRELLAS, PARASOLS, OR LAWN CHAIRS WITH TOP COVERS—NO EXCEPTIONS. We encourage you to dress appropriately for the weather—large sunhats, caps, light clothing, etc. First-aid + Cooling area will be available.

All personal belongings will be searched at the entrance, so please adhere to all rules to avoid delaying others during the entry process. All prohibited items will be collected at the gate before entry. CDU is not responsible for unreturned items; you are encouraged to not bring them to the entrance gates. Click for a list of and .
Food trucks, beer, and wine will be sold at the festival site.
Tickets are required for guests ages 3 and over. All sales are final. Rain or shine. No cancellations, refunds or exchanges. Lost tickets will not be replaced. There is no re-entry to the venue.

General Admission: $50 per person—Open seating, concrete area, first-come, first-served seating. Low back chair with no umbrellas (max. 35", one per person) is permitted. Umbrellas and parasols are not permitted.

Lawn Seating: $75 per person—First-come, first-served seating. One per person: low back chair with no umbrellas (max. 35") and blanket (max. 8'x8') are permitted. Umbrellas and parasols are not permitted.

VIP Individual Seat: $200 An individual ONE (1) VIP PREMIER SEAT WITHIN THE VIP INDIVIDUAL SECTION, not an entire table, unless additional tickets are purchased. Includes an Individual bottle of Wine or Apple Cider.

VIP Table Premier Seating (8 seats): $800Includes two bottles of Wine (Red & White) or Apple Cider.
You assume all risk and danger incidental to the event and agree that the management, its agents, and the performers are not responsible or liable for any injuries from these causes.
No transmission or aiding in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event or performance is allowed.
You consent to the reasonable search for alcoholic beverages, drugs, or weapons. You further consent to use your image or likeness incidental to any display, transmission, or reproduction of the event.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.

Wheelchair Accessibility: The venue will be fully navigable for people with mobility disabilities, with accessible pathways that are stable and slip-resistant, providing select seating areas that are accessible to wheelchair users.

Getting Around: There will be accessible pathways throughout the venue. We encourage all patrons to bring and utilize their personal forms of transportation, such as wheelchairs and walkers. If you need to recharge your motorized wheelchair, you may do so by notifying a festival staff member. Patrons should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20-amp circuit. The festival will not be providing wheelchairs.

Restrooms: The festival will have accessible restrooms for disabled patrons.

Parking: Festival patrons will have access to designated disabled parking spaces in various lots. The spaces are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.

A valid disabled placard, permit, or license plate must be displayed to park in these spaces. The person to whom the placard or plate is issued must be in the vehicle, either as a driver or passenger.

Golf Cart service will be provided for disabled festival patrons from the parking lots to the main gate.

Information Booth: There will be an information booth that can assist with festival-related questions.

Service Animals: Absolutely NO PETS of any kind are allowed at Jazz at Drew. Per the Americans with Disabilities Act, service animals are permitted on the festival grounds. Please note that emotional support animals are not considered service animals under the ADA Act. Service animals must be pre-registered to attend, must always wear a service vest while on the CDU campus and festival venue, and may never be handled by or tethered to a person other than their owner. They must also always be in the Full Stay command position when not performing the service they are trained for which they are trained for.
