So you’ve paid your dues and have joined DSA. Now what?
Whether you just joined or are a long-time member looking to get more involved (or re-involved), you’re invited to attend our chapter’s brand new Member Orientation event. Hosted by our chapter’s Member Engagement committee, this “102” builds on the content from our monthly What is CDSA? “101” event.
The Member Orientation is a one day, in-person intensive that goes in depth about democratic socialist ideology, DSA’s theory of change and organizing ethos, and includes a practical how-to on how to navigate both the chapter and national organization as a member. Over the course of the event you’ll meet both a cohort of other members who are just getting involved as well as long-time members and leaders who can help you find your footing in the organization. Lunch will be provided to all attendees at no cost.
