CDHRA - 2026 Fall SHRM Certification Prep Course

Congratulations on starting your professional development journey with obtaining your SHRM CP or SCP certifications!

We will be holding our 12-week classes starting on Monday, September 14th and ending on Monday, November 30th.

Classes will run from 6:00pm - 8:30pm Monday evenings and will require study/review outside of class time.

This will prep you for the SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP tests.

Deadline to sign up for the course is 7/31/26.

The second testing window for 2026 runs from Dec 1, 2026 to Feb 15, 2027.

Registrations:

New in 2026!! SHRM Learning Course + Exam Voucher! Get all expenses paid from the start so no need to worry about additional expenses (exam application fee & exam fee) and no need to worry about any exam application deadlines!

Back in 2026!! Installment Payments. If you are unable to pay the full amount up front (which is required for the other options) we have a new ability this year for installment payments through bank ACH monthly draws from a checking account. 4 monthly installments of the chosen option on 8/15, 9/15, 10/15 & 11/15. *NOTE: This option does adds a $50 admin fee to offset fees that our association incurs through this payment program.

Scholarship:

Finally, we will be giving away 2 scholarships for $750 each! This is open to new/existing CDHRA members only. The deadline for this is Friday July 17, 2026 at midnight. We will review and determine our scholarship attendee by Friday July 24, 2026. If you signed up and paid for your registration and receive the scholarship, we will refund the amount + any fees so you aren't out anything!

Virtual:

This will be offered to individuals who are further than reasonable driving distance to the in-person instruction. We would like to encourage applications from our Service Area members in Williston & Minot as well as other locations in the state in which our prep course schedule works well for attendance. Classes will be on Zoom and will REQUIRE participants to have their camera on throughout the duration of the class time and active participation.
