CDF Runners: Monday social run

We'll meet outside Pettigrew Tea Rooms in Bute Park; please note there are no bag drop facilities available, your closest options are either Sports Wales or in St David's 2.

Booking

If you would like to come, please click “Order” and choose the ticket type for the location you will be attending. You will not be able to attend if you have not purchased your ticket by that time. Please do not turn up without having booked a ticket - we will have to turn you away, and we really wouldn’t enjoy having to do that!

Cancelling your ticket

If you realise you are no longer able to attend please cancel your ticket by following these instructions.

Event Safety

Prior to attending the event, please complete a self-assessment for symptoms of Covid-19 via the NHS website here. If you are symptomatic, please do not attend.

Please ensure social distancing at all times - when you arrive, during the session, and when you leave. Do not share anything (eg. water, towel).

Please bring your own drinking water and hand sanitiser. If possible please bring a face covering in case you need it at any point.

Please use your hand sanitiser when you arrive and when you leave.

Our sessions will involve social distancing. Member and Coach safety is paramount, as is that of the general public around us.

For your information, our Facebook group has a pinned post which will always link to the latest Welsh Government advice around Coronavirus.

Whilst CDF Runners does its utmost to ensure the safety of the sessions, our members do of course have a responsibility to act in accordance with Welsh Government Covid19 guidance and we thank you in advance for your cooperation in this regard.

Personal Data

Please note, the personal data that you provide when ordering a ticket is held on Eventbrite servers and not by CDF Runners. It is up to attendees to ensure that they are happy with the data being stored in that fashion.

Track & Trace

In the unfortunate circumstance where CDF Runners is contacted by the Governments Track & Trace service because one of our attendees has come down with Covid symptoms, we will provide the names and contact numbers of the attendees and Coach present at the relevant session. By ordering a ticket you are giving us permission to do so in those circumstances. If you do not agree to this please do not order a ticket and do not attend a session. CDF Runners takes the security of your data very seriously.
