The Caroline County Garden Club is hosting a bus trip to Hillwood Estate, Museum and Garden, in Washington, DC, home of philanthropist and collector Marjorie Merriweather Post, on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Guests will travel by chartered bus to Hillwood, with two boarding locations: the Food Lion Parking Lot in Denton, Maryland, at 8:30 AM, and and the Route 50/404 Park and Ride at 8:50 AM. Approximate return time is 6 PM. Tickets for the trip are $115 and includes transportation cost, admission, lunch, and two privately led garden and museum tours. Guests will also have the opportunity to view the special exhibit “Marjorie Merriweather Post’s Paris.” To reserve your spot on the trip call Kim at 240-419-9177.
