Entry Level Art and Design Agreement Trial 2026

This event will provide an opportunity for teachers to revisit the requirements of each qualification and practice applying the marking criteria for each unit to live samples of work at different levels and across a range of disciplines. We will use marked exemplars of EL Art and Design coursework. Senior examining/moderating team will be available generate discussion, give advice and there will be a chance to work in groups and share good teaching practice for delivering the specifications.

· How to apply the marking criteria to candidates’ work

How to book on to the course:

Places are available on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Registration for this event will open on 1st October at 8.30am and close approximately 2/3 days prior to the event. Please click on the ‘Register’ button on the right of this page.

In the event of it cancelled, CCEA will inform only those who have communicated their intention to attend. It is therefore essential that you advise CCEA of your intention to attend.

Cost:

It is free to attend this event. Substitute cover is not available.

Unfortunately, lunch is not provided.

Travel and car parking expenses will NOT be reimbursed by CCEA.
