Are you curious, excited, overwhelmed or even a bit scared by the possibilities of AI? Wondering how it can be harnessed for good in the world of nonprofit communications? Don’t even know where to start? Then join us to demystify AI and what it can do for you.
Run by design and tech experts Tom Hovey and Richard Edge, you’ll walk away from this free workshop for nonprofit communicators:
**confident about the different types of AI
**aware of gen AI’s strengths and weaknesses
**knowledgeable about how AI and humans work best together
**skilled up on how to prompt AI
**excited about the potential of working with gen AI.
The workshop will cover:
**What is AI?
**What are the different types?
**How does it work? (Not too technical!)
**Permissions and policy. (Risks and opportunities.)
**How do you make AI useful? (Good prompts and best practice.)
We'll conclude with a live demonstration on how to use AI to help with communications and fundraising tasks. Questions and discussion welcome – there's no such thing as a dumb question when it comes to rapidly evolving AI technology!
