CC Summer Nights: Miaw (DJ-set)

July is almost over – and this Thursday’s CC Summer Nights is extra special: we’ve invited rising star Miaw to play a DJ set. They’re also playing Roskilde Festival this year, but already played a set that got the whole room moving at the opening of Camille Henrot’s Paper Planes here at CC – so it’s not to be missed when Miaw returns to Refshaleøen with a DJ-set.
And there’s extra reason to come by CC this Thursday: two of our exhibitions close Sunday August 2nd, your last chance to experience Yunchul Kim: Mercurial, where hundreds of silver-toned filaments pulse and rotate in a constantly shifting pattern – a kinetic work that never looks the same twice. The same can be said of A.A. Murakami’s Beyond the Horizon, where cloud-like forms emerge and dissolve in the dark. Both are the kind of experiences you don’t forget – and both are gone in four days.
Thursday = CC Summer Nights from 17:00 to 21:00 – come early and see the exhibitions, stay for the music as the sun goes down.
This evenings program:

Everything outdoors and in the foyer is 100% free for everyone. Members also get free entry to the exhibitions – for themselves and one guest, every Thursday all summer long.
