CANNES CAN: DIVERSITY COLLECTIVE'S - INKWELL BEACH TAKEOVER - MV

In 2019, the Cannes Can: Diversity Collective was honored to host the FIRST beach activation of its kind created to specifically highlight and showcase the theme of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Inkwell Beach: Cannes is a historical tribute to the infamous beach in Martha’s Vineyard (Cape Cod, USA). It is an activation to celebrate the contributions/perspectives of creative, media, marketing, entertainment, technology and communication fields from communities of color and underrepresented communities. Inkwell Beach - Cannes was the place that highlighted thought leadership that elevated the conversations of DE&I strategy ranging from creativity to technology. There was something for everyone ranging for next gen - C-Suite!

Tuesday, August 10th - Thursday, August 12th we will continue the conversation in person with CC:DC at Inkwell Beach - Martha’s Vineyard. Since we could not go to Cannes in June due to COVID restrictions, we thought we’d connect the dots and bring the creative conversations of Cannes to Martha’s Vineyard where so many Black creatives and thought leaders go to recharge and get inspired for their next projects.

Whether in person or virtual, CC:DC's our goal is tommake everyone feel WELCOME and INCLUDED in the conversation.
