Women's Luncheon with Guest Speaker Mary Aiello.
Mary Aiello has built years of experience in leadership training and team building that stretches over various ministries such as worship, marketing & communications, volunteer teams, and more. With that comes the experience of building boundaries within herself and also with her teams to ensure that every project and campaign is successful.
Regardless of your current role(s) you are playing, business owner, employee, mom, wife, friend or extended family member we are leaders, if only leading one person……leading well requires boundaries. Anyone interested in being a healthy leader, creating a healthy culture, and generating great results, healthy boundaries are essential.
