Are you a CBS student seeking knowledge and inspiration on how to work collectively with wellbeing? Or are you a business leader looking to understand and support the workforce of tomorrow?Today’s young people face increasing pressures that impact their mental well-being, both in their academic journeys and as they transition into the workforce. It’s more important than ever for business leaders to understand these challenges and work together with young people to create environments where they can thrive.
Are you a CBS student eager to explore how we can collectively improve mental well-being? Or are you a business leader wanting to learn how to better support the future workforce?
Join us at CBS for a conference dedicated to bridging the gap between students and the business community on the topic of mental well-being. This event is an opportunity for students and business leaders to come together, share insights, and develop strategies that ensure young people are not only prepared for the workforce but are also supported in their mental health.
One of the key aspects of this conference is the active involvement of our students. We believe that students should not only be the subjects of our discussions but also active contributors. Therefore, the day's program includes inspiring presentations from current and former CBS-students who will share their research and experiences on topics related to students’ wellbeing, how to prepare for the transition from study to work-life and how to address the needs of both the younger generation in an onboarding process.
Highlights:
• Student-Led Presentations; newly graduated and enrolled CBS students present their research on wellbeing challenges of students and newly hired employees and suggested solutions.
• Dilemma session led by Karriereklubben where the different generations meet and explores different wellbeing dilemmas.
• A panel discussion on how to boost collaboration in the context of wellbeing of the younger generation
• Networking opportunities between students and business leaders.
Cost: Free of charge
