ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Dustin Hayes was born and raised in the Chattanooga area to a teenage mother and absent father. Years of instability led to Dustin being homeless at the age of 15 and joining a gang. At 18, just two months after graduating high school, Dustin was arrested for his connection to a M**der. Facing life in Pr*son, he was desperate for a change in his life and began a process of learning and being shaped by other men to become someone new. Dustin now serves as a Generosity and Communications Specialist for The Chalmers Center in Chattanooga. Come to hear how his mind, heart, and life was changed!
