CBIH Girls Day Out (Hiking & Healing Circle)

What’s up ya’ll. It’s your sista Mecca here and I’d love to invite you to join me and other beautiful souls for a nice hike followed by a women's healing circle in Ault Park followed by a nice healing circle.

The hike will be about 45 minutes long and the trails are pretty smooth. Nothing intense. Please bring water, comfortable shoes to hike in, bug repellant if you’re into that and a good attitude.

I will guide up through a five minute stretch before we hit the trail at 10:15am. When my alarm rings at 10:15am I am walking toward the trail and will not wait on a single soul. So please be on time!
