Welcome to The Timothy Gathering hosted in Fort Wayne, Indiana!

The Timothy Gathering is a two-day leadership convening designed to equip, encourage, and prepare leaders for faithful stewardship, succession, and service. Rooted in mentorship, legacy, and purpose, this gathering brings together leaders across ministry, worship, and church-based outreach to learn, reflect, and be renewed.

The Timothy Gathering empowers emerging leaders by equipping them with essential skills, clear purpose, and mentorship to bridge present and future leadership—ensuring a strong, faithful legacy for generations to come.

The Community We Are Gathering

The Timothy Gathering is designed for individuals who are currently serving in leadership or sensing a call into leadership within ministry and faith-based spaces. The target audience includes emerging and established leaders, ministry leaders, musicians and praise and worship leaders, individuals preparing to receive or steward ministries being passed down to them, and those discerning whether they are called to ministry leadership. It also welcomes individuals who oversee or support departments within the church, as well as those involved in church outreach and community engagement. This gathering is intended for leaders at all stages who desire to grow in clarity, character, and capacity as they prepare to lead faithfully, steward responsibility, and carry forward the work entrusted to them.
