Join us on May 4th, from 2pm-9pm, in celebrating a momentous milestone as Cambridge Brewing Company turns 35! Chef Dave is firing up the grill to prepare mouthwatering sausages and our world-famous beer-braised chicken pita sandwiches. As if that's not enough, our raw bar will feature flavorful oysters for a true culinary delight.Get ready to raise a glass to our rich brewing history as we host a CBC alumni bar, serving up beers from past brewers, including creative concoctions from Ben Howe of Otherlands Beer, Megan Parisi of Samuel Adams, Jay Sullivan & Sean Nolan of Honest Weight, Kevin Dwyer from Oxbow, Lee Lord of Naragansett, Ben Roesch of Murder Hill, and Anthony Lauring of Outrider Brewing!
Prepare for a walk down memory lane with a selection of vintage and classic CBC beers, including beloved brews like Heather and YEM, alongside our current offerings. And the cherry on top? We're unveiling our exclusive 35th Anniversary beer, a special version of our Tripel Threat aged in Apple Brandy Barrels from our friends at Short Path Distillery. This unique brew will be available on tap and in bottles.
