Whether you’re looking to up your BBQ game or just now getting into it, this class is for you! Come enjoy a 6-hour class taught by local award-winning Pitmasters who can answer all your BBQ questions. We’ll be covering topics such as Food Safety, Equipment and Fire Control, Rubs & Sauces and much more.

Enrollment for this class is limited to 30 students to ensure everyone has the best learning experience possible and is on a first-come, first-served basis. The California Barbeque Association is a non-profit organization. Proceeds from our activities benefit children’s charities, emergency disaster relief efforts, first responders, and active duty members/veterans of the United States Armed Forces.
Class will be held at Van Ruiten Family Winery (located at 340 W. Hwy 12, Lodi, CA 95242). Class will begin at 10 a.m. sharp. Check-in for class will begin at 9:30 a.m. where we will have coffee and refreshments. We will be outdoors for a portion of the class, so please dress appropriately.
