About Us

"Une Nuit au Caveau" is a tasting menu pop-up experience where wine takes centre stage. We use wine to reverse-engineer our dishes to playfully highlight their nuances. We work with an ever-evolving menu as the dishes will be inspired by local and seasonal ingredients and will be enjoyed blindly (no menu provided beforehand).

You will be guided through your journey as each course will be served to the group in unison. There's a story behind every bite, every sip – tales we can't wait to share with you! Guests will be seated together; picture yourself at a big, friendly dinner table, where laughter and conversations flow as easily as our tasty wines. We want to welcome you into our world!


About our Guest Chef

Hailing from Nawash unceded territory, Chef Zach is a culinary artist, storyteller, forager, community leader, and educator.

Showcased in his revered restaurant concept Naagan, meaning ‘dish’ in Ojibwe, his "Progressive Aboriginal" cuisine blends indigenous food with modern cooking techniques and philosophies learned from renowned Canadian culinary minds.
