Veļu laiks in Latvia. Vetrnætr in Scandinavia. Samhain in Celtic lands. Día de Muertos in Mexico. Hanyi in China. Pitru Paksha in India.
Whatever name it goes by, the dark half of the year is upon us. Across cultures and continents, this is the season when the veil between the worlds wears paper-thin – when ancestral spirits walk among us, and we honour those who came before.
The autumn edition of CAVE answers that call, bringing an interplay of light and shadow where modern electronic music meets the pulse of the ancestral. Guiding this edition's outernational musical voyages are LĪVA SALIŅA, KAN and OAKSMITH, with OJO weaving visual journeys.
23 October, 22:00 - 04:30.
🌗 LĪVA’s approach to music is simple: a dance floor should make you move or make you feel connected to something greater than you. Ideally both. She digs up sounds from faraway places and half-forgotten languages: hot, dusty, primal, and never too serious.

🌗 KAN, the engine behind CAVE, is a trailblazer in diverse electronic music with a multicultural touch. From laid-back downtempo to bouncy midtempo to high-tempo crescendos, his sets bridge the sounds of diverse cultures and urban heartbeats from around the globe.

🌗 OAKSMITH is a DJ and music curator with a passion for global sounds, crafting sets that fuse mantric rhythms, organic textures, and soul-stirring vocals, and has a special talent to go deep and heavy – perfect for closing our dancefloor ritual.

🌗 OJO is our magical visual artist creating multi-layered video odysseys that blend cultural and natural motifs into an immersive tapestry.
