Cavatelli from scratch: a tasty & messy date night

Midnight Morning, the vibrant coffee-to-cocktails café and restaurant is excited to add another experience to our line-up: a casual playful date night workshop.

Led by our From-Scratch-Obsessed Executive Chef Rory Lee, this 90-minute session will start with sipping wine while mixing flour, making dough, and rolling out pasta shapes. Then, we’ll finish with eating a delicious plate of our signature dish: Eggplant Ragu Ricotta Cavatelli and more wine. At the end of the night, you will go home with all the information and recipes for making cavatelli at home, your first batch of dough to be shaped on your very own Italian Beechwood pasta board, included in your ticket.
