Cattle Show & Savage Grill Food Truck at the Fair - 7/22/26
Cattle Weigh-In from 3:00PM - 5:00PM
Cattle Show (+ Jackpot going along with it) starts at 6:00PM
Dinner provided by Lea Johnston's food truck, Savage Grill out of Madison, MO. Lea serves things like Loaded Fries, Loaded Nachos & Loaded Salads - as well as Fresh Squeezed Lemonades!

Show Order: Bucket Calf, Breeding Stock, Market, In-County Showmanship
Rules:
1. Show open to all 4-H and FFA Members. *
2. Steers will be divided into classes for show by breed and weight. Market animals cannot be shown in more than 1 class except for Champions.
3. Steers will be mouthed at weigh-in and require a full set of baby teeth and no broken mouths.
4. No steers with horns will be allowed to show.
5. Proof of Ownership must be presented at the time of check-in. Please refer to the Randolph County Fair Board Policy Regarding Ownership. If you have questions, please contact the chairperson of this show.
6. A steer that dies can be replaced only if it is the only animal in the project and must be replaced by June 1, 2025.
7. Bulls must be shown with a bull lead or nose ring.
8. All cattle must be tied as a safety precaution.
9. No crossbred bulls will be shown.
10. All Missouri State Fair Rules will govern the Randolph County Fair.
11. Home-raised animals will be shown by in-county entries following all other breeds and not for Grand and Reserve.
12. A breed that is not listed will be shown as All Other Breeds, including percentage breeds that do not meet the other registration requirements. *4-H members must have 6 or more project hours and at least half of their club meetings to be eligible to exhibit or show. FFA members must meet Vo-Ag requirements set by the state committee.
BREEDS: Gelbvieh, Simmental, Limousin, Chianina, Shorthorn, Brangus, Salers, Hereford, Charolais, Commercial, Main-Anjou, Mini Breeds & All Other Breeds
CLASSES - 300 Division Series: Champion and Reserve Champion placed for Bulls, Females and Market Classes
Ownership of beef cattle: steers - March 1, 2025; Breeding stock - June 1, 2025.
