About this Event
Where:The Catskills are a wonderful corner of the world where you can disconnect from the virtual and reconnect with the rhythms of nature. A 2-hour journey fom New York City, you'll find some of the best fly fishing streams and farm to table meals, along with luxurious and nature inspired accommodations.
What:Over the course of this bespoke four-day experience, we’ll cook together, forage, fly fish with legendary instructors from the Wulff School of Fly Fishing, meet artisans, and come away with tips, tricks, and instruction on how to make better things at home. Some of you may even choose to turkey hunt.

You’ll go home with a bevy of Georgia-approved tips in the kitchen, a heart warm with new friends, a pile of tasty treasures, a few surprises, and more than likely a lot of great stories to tell. Capped at 12-guests, this is a bespoke three-night, four-day intensive workshop, in which you will book your own accommodations (we are pleased to recommend Urban Cowboy Lodge, if you mention Georgia Pellegrini you will receive a discount.
