First staged in 1981, it follows a tribe of Jellicle cats as they gather for the Jellicle Ball, where one cat will be chosen to ascend to the Heaviside Layer and be reborn into a new life.

With its mix of whimsical, eccentric characters and touching themes of redemption and renewal, Cats has captivated audiences worldwide, becoming one of the longest-running musicals in Broadway history.
