his course explores the clinical skill of catheterisation and management of catheters including insertion.
This course will teach you the knowledge and skills to safely and correctly catheterise a male and female patient. We can also cover suprapubic catheterisation if needed (and agreed in advance of the course).
The learners will then need to return to practice and be signed off by a competent practitioner as per employer requirements. We can provide a competency framework if needed.
