About this Event
As spring awakens, nature blooms with vibrant energy and new life. Join us for a deeply nourishing sound healing experience at the stunning St. Paul’s Cathedral, where the season’s fresh spirit invites you to slow down, reconnect, and restore from within.
On Saturday, May 2 at 3 PM, step into a 90-minute immersive sound bath designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit. Guided by seven gifted sound practitioners, you’ll be enveloped in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, angelic vocals, gongs, chimes, drums, flutes, handpan, didgeridoo, and more. This powerful blend of sound therapy promotes emotional balance, deep relaxation, and energetic alignment.
Surrender to serenity amid the sacred beauty of the cathedral and allow sound and stillness to carry you inward. Watch this video sneak peek! 👀
This event is more than a moment of personal wellness. We’re proud to partner with Youth Assistance Coalition to support youth experiencing homelessness through empowerment, mentorship, and community. One of their youth will join us to share their story, offering a powerful perspective on why your donations truly matter.
