The Cathedral Concert Series is honored to host Scruffy City Orchestra, under the direction of Dr. Ace Edewards, presenting an evening of beautiful and dramatic orchestral music thematically-titled Nordisk Skjønnhet (Nordic Beauty). The concert will feature performances by Concerto Competition winners Eliana Kováčová, violin, and Jackson Sharp, cello, performing beloved concertos by Camille Saint-Saëns. The orchestra will also present Niels W. Gade’s Hamlet Overture and Johan Svendsen’s Symphony No. 2, showcasing the rich musical beauty and romantic spirit of Scandinavia.
