Painting - Lots of fun, no painting experience necessary all levels are welcome even beginners.

Meditation - easy process using visulisation and imagination OpenSky Qigong - gentle energy awareness practices.

We will infuse the canvas with Love and what makes our heARTs sing. Using words, symbols and colour to bring our dreams alive.

Please join Jacqui for an evening finding what our dreams really are and painting these intentions into our very own Dream Catcher.
