Saturday came and went and our first catcher’s clinic was a hit. These three had fun working on thier pop times, blocking, and general catching.We showed them how to stretch after they caught and did leg works out to give them a stronger and sturdier base.
This clinic was enjoyable and will remain a staple moving forward. Every Saturday at 1pm, you’ll find us at Chaos Den Baseball LLC working on being the pitchers best friend.
