Become trained to implement the CATCH My Breath curriculum with the youth in your school or community setting to address the vaping problem.
About this Event

CATCH My Breath (CMB) is an evidence-based youth vaping prevention program for students in grades 5-12. Upon completion of this free, 1.5-hour training taught by a certified CMB trainer, school personnel will be able to teach the curriculum in their buildings.

Information covered includes:

· e-cigarette basics

· health risks

· vaping trends

· a curriculum overview


Two in-person Train the Trainer sessions will be offered at the Kent County Health Department. You only need to register for and attend one of the dates.

Tuesday, September 15, 2026, 3:30-5:00 PM, Lake Huron Room

Thursday, October 8, 2026, 3:30-5:00 PM, Lake Huron Room


A minimum of five people need to be registered for a training to take place. You will be notified 24 hours before the training if it will be canceled.
